Registration will take place in the Waterloo Hotel, Betws Y Coed from 10:00 until 12:45 pm. Here you will collect your number and race goodies. You will also be able to ask us anything you need to know about the race that you haven't already found on our website.
Parking information is available on our visitor information page. We also ask you to be environmentally aware and try to share transport to the race wherever possible.
Please be aware that the weather at this time of year can be quite challenging and you are strongly advised to carry some sort of body cover with you whilst running.
Your number must be clearly visible at all times during the race and must not be folded. If your number is folded or hidden under a coat, your time might not register. We are also obliged to tell you that the wearing of headphones whilst racing could result in disqualification.
Race presentation will be held at around 3.00 pm in the Waterloo Hotel. Please try to attend if you can, it is good to support those who have achieved so well. If you are unable to attend but have won a prize, please try to pick it up before you leave as we will be unable to forward it to you.
There will be distance markers at regular intervals and there is a feed station carrying water and isotonic drink.
The fun run will take place at 12:00 (midday) and will cost £3 (entry on the day only). This is a fundraiser for a local children's group and there will be goodie bags for all participants.
Please be responsible about how you dispose of your wrappers and food/drink containers. Litter is a major problem at events like this and we all need to do our bit!
If you pull out of the race, be sure to inform a race official and hand in your number. If you require assistance, they will take care of this.
